Data Installation Process for SPD International Data

If you have not refreshed your EGM datasets in the past year, note we have changed the installation process. The data bundles you are familiar with now have an .spd extension. SPD data is extracted and configured automatically ready for use in EGM, GGM, GAV and more. You no longer need the dbloader.exe to load datasets. This change does not affect any current data flow or how the geocoding data is used.

Note that an uninstallation of Spectrum will remove any installed SPD data along with the rest of Spectrum files. Consider archiving the dataset and changing the location of the default extraction location to keep SPD data available.
